Cancellation Policy
For any paid engagements or services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@batterytechnologyamerican.com. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the commencement of services may be eligible for a full or partial refund as specified in the service agreement. Cancellations received within 30 days of service commencement are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
